Main task

Make a part according to the submitted drawing, using the equipment and tools available at the participant's workplace. At the same time, the participant is strongly recommended to use all their knowledge and skills in setting up and working on CNC machines, the ability to plan work correctly, and not neglect safety precautions.

SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK PERFORMED Appearance, condition of surfaces, compliance of parts with the drawing "by eye"

INSTRUMENTAL ASSESSMENT Measurement, using measurement tools, of the actual dimensions performed by the participants. It is possible to measure on the CMM under the control of experts with random verification

The chief expert enters the results received from the experts into the information system, which automatically calculates the results

1. Work on the site –Participants and Experts, is carried out according to the work plan on the site
2. Participants must appear on the site in accordance with the draw made
3. Participants are allowed to enter the site in special clothing and with PPE

Rules of communication on the site

• The site's work plan is published, indicating the time and location
• In the plan, all important information for Experts and Participants
• On Day C-1, the draw for participants ' performances is held

Participant's workplace

• The equipment of the workplace is regulated by the "Infrastructure sheet"
• It is not forbidden to use your own measuring tool in your work

STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY THE RULES

1. Participants and expert mentors are not allowed to stay on the site without PPE during the preparation of the workplace, familiarization with the equipment, and completion of tasks.
2. During the contest task, communicate with anyone without the permission of the Chief Expert and authorized experts
3. Perform attempts and / or data transfers from on-site and off-site workstations by any means other than those permitted by the Contest Task
4. Take photos and videos of the site without the permission of the Chief Expert
