The "Lifecycle Management" competence is aimed at creating a professional growth environment in which project team members develop a project according to the terms of reference – from the development of its concept, through design and production to sales and after-sales service.
Project development includes the following steps:
- Project solution (concept, calendar and network plan, design and technological documentation, 3D model, financial model, production plan, HR strategy, marketing policy, after-sales service concept).
- Presentation of the project to experts.
Competence-based work is a team effort.
The contest task is performed by the team and the score is given to the team.

Team members complete a technical task
The results are evaluated by experts on day 4.
Experts are trained in verification methods and tools.
The competitive task is based on an engineering task that is relevant for the world, the solution of which involves market research and analysis, development of design and technological documentation, product design development, and assessment of the investment attractiveness of the project
The team is checked for 3 indicators
Professional competencies
Project management skills (matching "inputs" and "outputs", integrity of the developed project, preparation of calendar plans, risk registers and anti-risk measures)

Any materials and equipment that participants have with them must be presented to the Experts. The jury has the right to prohibit the use of any items that are deemed not to fall within the competence of "Life Cycle Management", or that may give the participant an unfair advantage.
