Analytical control (Laboratory chemical analysis)

The Analytical Control competence is aimed at creating a professional growth environment in which participants demonstrate and improve their skills in ensuring the quality of manufactured products and process safety at any of the industrial enterprises, in any of the industries.

Analytical control in production is necessary to control the compliance of the properties of raw materials and materials, intermediate products, technological process and finished products with existing standards.

  1. Work on the site – both Participants and Experts, is carried out strictly according to the Schedule of work on the site
  2. The operating time is tracked by a countdown timer
  3. There should be no foreign objects on the participant's desk: flash drives, notebooks, headphones, smart watches, cases, bags, etc.
  4. The following items are allowed on the participant's desk: fountain pen, pencil, paper, calculators, additional PPE, etc. only in strict accordance with the Participants ' Tool Box

STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY THE RULES

  1. During the competition days from C1 to C2, bring to the workplace and/or remove from the workplace any information in electronic, printed or handwritten form
  2. Use communication tools on the site: smartphones, tablets, etc. Participants leave their phones in the participants ' room. Experts can only use their phones in the experts ' room.
  3. Participants are not allowed to talk to viewers or fellow experts. Participants and Experts may not be present on the site without the permission of the Chief Expert or his Deputy
  4. The participant can ask questions to the Chief Expert, Deputy Chief Expert, Chief Expert of the evaluation group on the KZ module

For gross and/or systematic violation of the rules of OT, electrical and fire safety, which may result in a situation that threatens the life and health of persons on the site, the Participant and / or Expert may be suspended from performing the Competition Module, from working on the site

For gross and / or systematic violation of the Rules of the Championship and / or the Code of Ethics, which may provide the participant with advantages or which interfere with the work of other Participants and / or Experts, the Participant and/or Expert may be suspended from performing the Competition Module, from working on the site

Decisions on the suspension of Participants and Experts are made at the general meeting of Experts with the relevant protocol drawn up
