This is a concept according to which the work on creating holistic production systems is a natural transition from the use of individual production optimization tools to a comprehensive one - using lean production tools, followed by the use of modern automation and digitalization tools, taking into account the individual characteristics of enterprise teams and implementing measures to minimize resistance to change on the part of employees. Digital transformation of the enterprise affects production, support and management processes, requires not only technological adaptation, but also significant organizational changes. This, in turn, requires expert support by project teams assembled from specialists in different fields.
