The competence involves knowledge and skills in such areas as support to functioning of occupational safety management system, organizing occupational safety training, ensuring safe working conditions, organizing the investigation of accidents and micro-injuries at work, identifying and managing occupational risks at workplaces, improving safety culture, providing first aid, and knowledge and ability to competently apply occupational safety regulations when monitoring the compliance with the occupational safety and health requirements.

The competence includes elements of electrical installation, automation and mechatronics installation. It requires knowledge of basic wiring and automation systems, metal processing skills, programming, circuit design, and the ability to troubleshoot setup and installation.

The competence addresses the issues of information security, high-speed processing of large amounts of data, ultra-precise measurements of small values, modeling of complex heterostructures of different materials and complex molecules, etc. During the competition, participants demonstrate their ability to work on modern quantum key distribution systems and quantum computers.
