The AtomSkills Championship will be held in Yekaterinburg on March 30 to April 4, 2025. The event will be held in an international format and will bring together about 2,000 participants and experts from leading companies in Russia and friendly countries, as well as students and teachers from universities, technical schools and colleges.
In addition to the competitive part, the championship includes an extensive business program, divided into four main dedicated tracks: Career Guidance Track, Pedagogical Track, Personnel Track and Parental Track.
The central theme of all planned events of the business program will be the field of vocational education as the basis of a long-term strategy for the formation of sustainable technological sovereignty and leadership of the country in key industries and production sectors. The choice of dedicated tracks for the business program is determined by the most important aspects that model the modern field of education. Namely: the creation of an ecosystem for the development of talents and an informed choice of a future profession, support from parents, the involvement and high qualifications of teachers, as well as the participation in the educational process of employers interested in relevant knowledge and skills of future specialists.
The exhibition "Educational Solutions for Technological Leadership", prepared by the Rosatom Corporate Academy and partner companies, will also be presented, which will conceptually combine all the tracks.
Within the scope of the business program opening and closing events, key panel sessions are scheduled for April 2 and 4: "Call + Drive + Resilience" and "Augmented Business Collaboration = ABC". The sessions will be attended by: top managers of major Russian companies, production managers, directors and teachers of educational organizations, representatives of federal and regional authorities, as well as international partners from India, China, Turkey, Bangladesh, the Republic of Belarus, Egypt, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, South Africa and other countries.
