Competence " Engineering thinking. Karakuri" provides an opportunity to take a fresh look at work processes and "launch" the engineering thinking characteristic of inventors. Tasks have the most applied character: they solve the engineering problem of designing and manufacturing a device using basic mechanisms.
The main task of such a device is to simplify human labor, increase the productivity of the enterprise and save on additional energy sources.
Competency competitions are competitive work of project teams that work out the technical specification, implement a workable prototype of the Karakuri device, prepare the necessary documentation, present the device and defend it before the expert commission.
Competence-based work is a team effort.
The contest task is performed by the team and the score is given to the team.
3 participants + 1 expert
Team members complete the technical task on days C1-C3:
The results are evaluated by experts on Day C4.
Experts develop the rules of verification.
The contest task has 5 end-to-end modules:
The competition task is developed by a group of authorized experts who are not involved in the preparation of competitive teams and annually solves real production problems. A competitive task can consist of an open and closed part.
This year, the task consists only of an open part, where measurable parameters are formed by fellow experts before the start of the championship (on day C-2).
Each specialist is tested for their level of specific knowledge and skills
Skills are evaluated according to certain criteria
Interaction is conducted in chats:
In order to avoid violations of the competence " Engineering thinking. Karakuri" hosts daily briefings to discuss and explain the rules and regulations of the contest. Changes and additions are recorded in the protocol.
